When he isn’t creating amazing dishes as a celebrity chef for high performing professionals and entrepreneurs, Ronsley Vaz is the host of Australia’s#1 food podcast on iTunes. Ronsley’s mission is to chip away at the unhealthy ideas we all have about food and connect people through different mediums.

Ronsley believes the secret to his success was being his authentic self and following his passion for food, connection and philanthropy.

In this extraordinary evening, Ronsley will share his amazing journey of how he turned his passions into several thriving businesses.

Ronsley is also the founder of the not for profit organisation Eatfor2.   It is based on the simple principle of sharing, that is why they decided to call it a “Sharity“. For every meal people eat at an event in Brisbane, Ronsley and his team give a whole nutritious meal to a child in need in India.

SusanSusan Welch Earthquake Nepal: The Inside Story & Group Brainstorm Session

Entrepreneur Susan Welch was in Nepal about to get onto a massage table when the devastation of the Nepal Earthquake hit.  Lucky to be alive, she had to sleep in a park that night until she was able to get to the Australian Embassy and get airlifted out of the country.

What Susan saw whilst she was there was nothing short of shocking – but it is what is happening right now which is even worse.  The people of Nepal are homeless, starving, coping will loss of their homes, friends and families and livelihood.  Susan will give you a first hand account of exactly what is happening in Nepal.

We also invite you to share your entrepreneurial skills in helping us brainstorm how we can help the people of Nepal to eat, sleep under shelter, and sustain themselves in the long term.
