Imagine you were given the tools to grow a wildly successful business by someone who knows all there is to know about business. Would you say yes to taking these tools and use them for yourself?
I did and I have been personally inspired by Jennie Gorman’s “Plugged In Series – Creating Business Success Program”.
Although I have been through many workshops, seminars, training sessions and webinar events over the last decade, I have never had the luxury of completing a series of business development training seminars and workshops like this.
This inspirational and innovative program takes you and your business to a new level through a process of learning, improving, accelerating and achieving success in so many different areas. It doesn’t matter if you are a novice and just beginning a business, or an expert who has been in business for years. Each Business stream is suited perfectly to each person’s current level and designed to move you forward.
Jennie Gorman introduces the affordable Plugged In Series – Creating Business Success Program firstly through a seminar (Business 101) and a workshop (Business 102). If you are fortunate enough to be one of the elite group of businessmen and women, you can then be invited to join the MasterMind Program. (Business 103)
Plugged In Series – Creating Business Success Program (Business 101)
When I first attended the Plugged In Series – Creating Business Success Program (Business 101), I was delighted to find a group of like-minded people. Most had begun a business in the last 1 – 2 years with a couple of people thinking of becoming serious about business.
What I Liked About Business 101
There Was No Pressure – You didn’t have to perform and tell people anything about your business if you didn’t want to. Although when given the opportunity to gain clarity around your vision and why you were in business, it was a fantastic way of making sure people were clear in what you and your business was about.
Throughout the seminar, you were invited to share with the whole group or discuss points of interest with a person next to you. This meant you were an active participant in each topic and you didn’t have to sit and listen to the seminar like a lecture. It was interesting and a great way to keep your mind active.
The Timing Was Right – The 2 ½ hours (9.30am – 12 noon) we spent learning about creating a great mindset, by looking at not only your business goals, but your business exit plan, and knowing why you wanted to be in business, was well spent.
It was enough time that you didn’t feel rushed or that you had been sitting there too long. It was enough time to absorb all the information without feeling overloaded and that you hadn’t been away from your own business for too long.
The Personal Networking – By being surrounded by other small business owners who were all at the beginning of their business journey, I found it refreshing to meet new people and enjoyed learning about others and their businesses.
People were friendly and helpful and all willing to share their own stories of successes and heartaches, which made me realise that I am not alone in the world of ‘beginning a business.’
As a small business owner, I feel incredibly blessed to have gained insight and knowledge from such a knowledgeable lady like Jennie Gorman. She began in business 26 years ago and is still going strong today. This tells me that she knows what she is talking about.
