Why Are So Many Companies Switching To Authority Branding?  The Answer Is Simple… consumers are DEMANDING THE BEST. That’s why Natasha’s 5 Step authority branding formula is the #1 Method For Business Owners wanting to create a sustainable brand.

How Do You Stand Out in a Crowded, Attention Deficient Marketplace?  You need to get the RIGHT MESSAGE to the RIGHT CUSTOMER in the RIGHT WAY. Authority Branding will literally TRANSFORM the way your customers see you.   THE RIGHT MESSAGE – People simply won’t buy from you if they don’t understand what exactly what you can do for them. For most of us, when asked the question, “How are you?”, we respond with ‘’I’m so busy” and “I wish I had more time”.  These responses indicate we are time poor and yet we all have the same 24 hours – it’s just what we prioritise and how we spend it that differs.

This session will cover:

  • Difference between urgent and important
  • It’s about the 3s
  • Daily and Weekly Routine
  • The importance of planning
  • Managing interruptions
  • Distractions
  • Tracking work and money

Tamara will share with you her tips and tricks as well as what hasn’t worked.

Jennie Gorman 2SESSION #1 Presentation – Thursday, 12th March  9.30am-12noon

Start with the End in Mind – presenter Jennie Gorman

Jennie will start the Plugged-In Series ball rolling with the basic areas of business that many have never thought about in depth.  These are areas that we need to think about before we really get into a business!  I have found that many business people I know have  not considered most of these points in detail.  It is important to take a look and see where  we are now, what and where our direction could be changed and what skill sets we need to  find that are not our own basic innate ones.

The important questions we will be discussing are:

  • WHAT is your business?
  • Your WHY for creating it?
  • WHO do you need around you for success
  • WHEN & WHERE are you making your business happen?
  • HOW will you create your dream?
  • Do you have an EXIT strategy for your future?

These are all very simple questions but I wonder how many people have really thought about them in depth.

tamara2SESSION #2 Presentation – Thursday, 9th April 9.30am-12noon
Systems – it’s more than that – Presenter Tamara Simon, The BSI

Mention the word ‘Systems’ and most people will cringe and quickly change the subject.  That’s because we all know we need systems in our businesses but they can be time consuming to develop and for many business owners and their staff, it’s not something they enjoy doing or find easy to do. As a result, the procedures don’t get developed or they’re so complicated that people do it ‘their own way’.

Either circumstance leaves the business vulnerable.  You wouldn’t build a house without strong foundations so why do we build our businesses like this?

This session will cover:

  • What are ‘systems’
  • Why they are essential
  • Why not documenting how your business operates is costing you time and money NOW
  • What systems you have in your business now (and you’ve got more than you think)
  • Where to start
  • How to write systems that actually work

Tamara will share with you her tips and tricks as well as what has worked.

You will walk away with at least 3 simple strategies to implement in your business today.
