The new or solo business owner and the established business owner. this way you will be in a group of like-minded people who have equal experience to share.. The groups can be business changing and challenging, which in turn can take your business to the next level very fast. What is the Business Mastermind Group?
The Business MasterMind Groups have an energy all their own. Participants need to be committed to attending all sessions and supporting each other’s growth. This is crucial if the group is to work and progress. The group is made up of your peers who will give feedback, help brainstorm new possibilities, and set up accountability structures that keep everyone focused and on track. The one thing that stands out in the Business MasterMind Groups is that participants challenge each other to move their business to the next level via brainstorming, discussion, supporting and having total honesty with each other. Being supportive of each other, along with playing devil’s advocate at times, can help move a business forward faster than would have happened without the group. How and Where Do We Meet?
The Business MasterMind Groups meet twice a month for two and a half hours. During this time we discuss what successes we have had since our last meeting, what goals we wish to set for the short term future, a brainstorming activity for one of participants, a business challenge one of the participants are experiencing as well as a scrumptious meal! A Group needs to have highly-motivated people who are willing to ask for what they need and be prepared to give help and support to each other. The Business MasterMind Groups create a win-win situation for all participants. New friendships develop and everyone grows because of the support and encouragement of this Group.

Who decides who can join a group?
To become a part of these groups Jennie will decide on the people who she feels will fit best into each group. It is important to have the correct synergy so that the group can move forward. Each person must be committed to maintaining the level of professionalism necesary for the group to be successful. No new members will be brought into the group once it has commenced it's period of time, without the consent of the group.
Some questions that you may wish to ask yourself.
- Do I have a personal or business mission or vision statement?
- What are my one, two and five-year goals?
- How will I find time to participate in the Mastermind Group?
- What is my commitment to moving forward in your business and personal life?
- Why should I be chosen to participate in this group?
Even with a screening process any group is likely to run across people who say that they’re committed but then don’t participate, or who say that they’re honest but then fail to keep the trust of the group. If this happens, the member will be asked to leave the group if they are not participating up to the group standard. There will be no refunding of moneys paid. A member who is not contributing to the group will bring down the energy and fun level for everyone Business MasterMind Groups create a win-win situation for all participants. New friendships develop and everyone grows because of the support and encouragement of the Mastermind Group. This is also a wonderful opportunity to gain client referrals from each other not only within the group, but to outsiders too.
